Snippix is a short-form entertainment platform. We publish chat stories, short fiction, fun facts, and riddles — refreshed regularly so there is always something new to read.

You can browse all content without an account. Creating a free account unlocks additional features: saving posts, liking and reacting to content, and managing email notification preferences.

All content on Snippix is intended for entertainment and light reading only. It does not constitute news, advice, instruction, or verified information of any kind.

You may create an account by signing in with Google or via an email magic link. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your profile
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others
• Notify us at hello@snippix.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you use account features, we maintain an activity log on your behalf. This log records sign-in events (including IP address and browser), profile changes, email preference changes, and interactions with posts (likes, saves, shares).

This log exists primarily for your benefit — you can review it at any time at Account › Activity Log. We also use it to investigate reported security incidents. Entries are immutable and cannot be modified or deleted individually; they are removed only when your account is deleted.

Snippix integrates third-party analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These tools may or may not collect various signals depending on your browser, device, and their own configuration. We do not enumerate exactly what they collect — that is governed by their own terms.

We do not sell, license, rent, or commercially transfer any user data or analytics metrics to any third party. Any data or signals we have access to are used only to improve the platform — building features and refining the user experience based on how Snippix is actually used. We have no intention of monetising user data beyond the advertising services already integrated.

Data that flows into or is processed by Google Analytics or Google AdSense is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies. By using Snippix you acknowledge and accept Google’s data practices as they relate to those services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Signed-in users may save posts (bookmark them) and engage with content through likes, insights, and shares. These actions are stored in your account and reflected in your activity log.

Engagement counts displayed on posts (likes, insights, shares) are illustrative and may include AI-estimated baseline figures. They are not independently verified.

AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated information, or plausible-sounding statements that are factually incorrect. You should not rely on any content published on Snippix as factual, accurate, complete, or professionally verified, regardless of how it is presented.

• Fun facts may be inaccurate or exaggerated
• Stories and chat conversations are fictional; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental
• Riddle answers are for entertainment and may not be the only valid answer
• Nothing on Snippix constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind

We expressly disclaim all responsibility for any action, decision, harm, loss, or consequence arising from your use of or reliance on content published on Snippix. This includes but is not limited to:

• Decisions made based on facts, stories, or other content read on the platform
• Emotional distress arising from content themes
• Financial, health, legal, or relationship decisions influenced by content
• Any loss arising from inaccurate or misleading information in AI-generated material

You use Snippix entirely at your own risk. Content is provided “as is” and without any warranty, express or implied.

We take the quality and safety of our content seriously. Snippix operates with automated content moderation systems and prompt-level safety guardrails designed to prevent the generation or publication of harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.

If you encounter content that you believe is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate, please contact us at hello@snippix.co and we will review and act upon it promptly.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other materials on Snippix are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on Snippix without our prior written consent.

Personal, non-commercial sharing of individual posts (e.g. sharing a link or screenshot with attribution to Snippix) is permitted and encouraged.

You agree not to:

• Create accounts for purposes other than personal use of the platform
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Snippix without permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent Snippix content as your own original work
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@snippix.co. We will delete your profile, bookmarks, preferences, and activity log.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for an extended period.

Snippix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snippix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any content published on the platform
• Any decisions made based on content consumed on the platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data

All account data — including your profile, IP address, saved posts, and activity log — is stored on US-based infrastructure, specifically Google LLC’s Firebase platform. We do not maintain data stores in Europe or any other region. By creating an account you acknowledge and consent to your data being stored and processed in the United States.

Snippix uses third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and data storage, Google Analytics for usage analytics, and Google AdSense for advertising. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Data processed by Google Analytics or Google AdSense is governed entirely by Google’s own policies.

Snippix may also contain links to external websites. We have no control over their content or practices and accept no responsibility for them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Snippix after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Snippix shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
